Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
• Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
• Define success metrics and lead reporting, tracking ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
• Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.
• Drive new business development and growth of the influencer division.
