Job summary

Informa TechTarget in London (240 Blackfriars) is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to oversee delivery of contracted products from inception to completion and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate asset receipt, manage changes, forecast revenue, and communicate with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops while providing excellent service by phone and email.

The role requires strong communication, organization, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with fast decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online creative materials to meet campaign deadlines.
• Build relationships with Advertisers to support campaigns.
• Communicate campaign status with Sales, CSM and Product Ops.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Offer order status and performance updates to Sales Reps.
• Forecast revenue and recognize it weekly.
• Set up auto-reporting and manage client reporting deliveries.
• Process campaign changes and manage expectations on timing.
• Secure proof of delivery and month-end close tasks.
