Medivet Elephant Park in Southwark, London, is seeking a Client Care Assistant for a brand-new clinic. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients on arrival, handling phone calls and enquiries, and helping deliver outstanding client care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist experience desirable.
• Good numeracy and familiarity with online booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients on arrival, and updating records.
• Triage the impact of emergency appointments, contacting clients and rearranging as needed.

• Ensure appointment slots are available for clients to book online.
• Process any repeat prescription order requests.
