Your role and responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen to join our team at Hampstead Hospital as a Client Care Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service. This role is fast-paced, high-pressure, but fun, with no two days the same. We pride ourselves on providing the best care to both long-standing and new clients, always being personal, professional, and empathetic.

Our front-of-house team are the face and voice of our business, making this role highly valued within the hospital team. The ideal candidate should be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with excellent organisational skills.

  • Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
  • Completing administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
  • Promoting our Healthcare Plan
  • Meeting and greeting clients warmly
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments for services and products
  • Managing cash, stock, and client accounts
  • Opening and closing the practice
