Key Responsibilities

As a Client Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm and professional welcome. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, supporting both the veterinary team and our clients.

You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring any messages that are taken are clear and concise, and passed on to the relevant person in a timely manner. You will maintain clear and accurate patient records whilst ensuring the reception and waiting area is kept clean and tidy.
