Job summary

Marsh Corporate in Bristol seeks a senior leader to headClient Advisors, driving coaching, high standards and exceptional client service. You will partner with executives, brokers and insurers to shape renewal strategies, strengthen market engagement and support office growth.

Hybrid work is offered, with a focus on developing talent, strengthening client relationships and delivering risk advisory excellence for corporate clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership experience with coaching-led approach.
• Strong account handling experience with medium to large UK corporate and/or global accounts.
• A consultative mindset able to translate risk issues into options and actions.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Clear, confident communication and resilience under pressure.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and data usage to improve outcomes.

We're looking for an inspiring people leader to elevate our Client Advisory capability in Bristol - someone who coaches with clarity, sets high standards, and turns client relationships into long-term partnerships. You'll lead a team supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, shaping how we deliver market-leading advice, service and solutions, while playing a visible role in the office's growth agenda.

• Highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands and keep service delivery on track.
• Clear, confident communication and the resilience to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and comfort using data to improve outcomes.
