Job Description

What will you be doing?

To provide full administrative support to two Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact with clients and other operational colleagues, while adhering to regulatory standards.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with the aligned two Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Request policy information from third-party policy providers if applicable.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience working in the financial services industry within a Client Administrative role.
  • Experience assisting Financial Planners would be desirable.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with influencing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
