Ideal candidates are professionally qualified in accounting or tax, with solid practice experience and proficiency in accounting software, aiming to add value through proactive client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Part or fully qualified in a professional accountancy and/or tax qualification.
• Solid experience within a similar role within an accountancy practice.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial management.
• Proficient in accounting and tax software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions that add value.
• Organise and attend client meetings to understand client needs.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare and review annual accounts, tax returns, and one-off advisory projects.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Provide accounting, tax, planning, and advisory services as a trusted client advisor.
