Key Responsibilities

Job Summary and key responsibilities

  • Dealing with queries and providing excellent service to Landlords and Branches over both phone and email
  • Assisting with and providing bespoke reports for landlords
  • Amending ledgers, charges and other transactions to facilitate the smooth movement of landlord monies.
  • Working with the Acquisition team to enable a seamless transition/integration of Acquisition data and balances for multi-landlords.
  • Acting as a support for more complex accounting queries from colleagues in Branches.
  • Willing to learn and develop as part of a growing new team focusing on providing excellent service to landlords.

Essential

  • Ability to problem solve
  • Customer Service / B2B / Client Relations Experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and written vocabulary
  • Experience on Excel

  • Experience of Accounts
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience of Lettings industry
