Dalcour Maclaren Limited in the UK is seeking a highly organised Client Accountant Assistant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Client Accountant this role will provide day-to-day support in the administration and management of more than 70 client bank accounts.

The role focuses on processing client transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting client reporting requirements and ensuring robust financial controls in a high-volume environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounts or finance administration.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience processing payments and maintaining financial records.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a high volume of client accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and dependable approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records across more than 70 client bank accounts.
• Open, maintain and close client bank accounts.
• Monitor activity and investigate unusual transactions or variances.
• Prepare and process client payment requests with controls.
• Verify bank details and maintain audit trails.
• Post receipts, payments and journals into QuickBooks and other systems.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support month-end reporting and account reviews.
• Prepare client account reports and respond to audit requests.
• Support wider finance team and drive process improvements.
