The Vacancy

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 13 days at 23:59 BST.

Role Overview

Join ASK4 as a Client Service Coordinator, playing a vital role within the Client Account Management team. You will handle client service requests, administrative tasks, and support client satisfaction, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. This hybrid role is based out of our Sheffield Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and maintain client records and contacts for effective communication.
  2. Log and track client risks and issues to assist in proactive management.
  3. Monitor contract renewal dates and alert the team early.
  4. Gather market intelligence to support client strategies.
  5. Coordinate client escalations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  6. Assist in preparing Client Service Review reports.
  7. Support small projects within the Account Management Team.
  8. Manage shared inboxes and serve as a contact point during team absences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  2. Experience in managing client records, contracts, and documentation with high attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
  4. Experience in managing shared inboxes and client correspondence professionally.
  5. Strong organizational skills to ensure data integrity across systems.
