Construction is seeking a Clerk of Works for residential projects across the West and East Midlands. The role involves managing on-site quality, recording defects, and ensuring adherence to the construction programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as Clerk of Works, NEC Supervisor or similar construction quality role.
• ICWCI or MCIOB membership or equivalent recognition would be advantageous.
• Residential project experience is essential.
• Ability to identify and record defects and non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects on site across the West and East Midlands.
• Produce clear, detailed inspection reports and maintain site records.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and attend meetings.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and client representatives to resolve issues.
• Support the wider project team with technical queries and testing records.
