University of Warwick is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Clerk of Works team, delivering coordinated inspections and quality assurance across capital, minor works and maintenance projects.

You will provide technical leadership, allocate resources by risk and priority, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards while advancing fire and life-safety considerations with the safety teams. Interviews will be scheduled later this year.

Qualificações

• Experience leading and supervising a Clerk of Works/site inspection team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the Clerk of Works Team across capital projects, minor works and maintenance.
• Act as the principal point of contact for incoming inspection requirements, assess priority and complexity, and allocate work by risk, programme, and staff competence.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and University standards; monitor findings and escalate unresolved safety or quality issues.
