Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of operations at our sites. This full-time role is contracted to 37 hours per week.

You will maintain high standards of facility management, support the facilities team, and help create a positive brand image across around 6,000 venues. The role offers progression opportunities, competitive pay and a commitment to development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar facilities role.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is in a clean, tidy and reasonable state of repair, inclusive of general external maintenance tasks.
• Assisting the facilities team with the control of contractor's process, inclusive of ensuring contractors are signed in correctly, and signed out, and that everyone is adhering to site policies and rules
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the building where required
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group UK&I on a full time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
