The post holder will provide clerical support, assist with meeting arrangements, and support the 18 week RTT pathway and related duties within a busy NHS department.

Validation of waiting lists, arranging appointments and general office duties., The post holder will be responsible for arranging department meetings and compiling agenda's as well as assisting with arranging appointments and raising purchase orders, To provide clerical support to the Trauma and Orthopaedics Department. To assist with the organisation of meetings/agendas and minutes. To support with clerical validation of the 18 week referral to treatment pathway, organise appointments where necessary and general office duties.
