In this important role, you will have the opportunity to provide clerical support to both supervisors and staff. Your customer service skills will be key as you greet office visitors and answer questions regarding license sales. Work involves issuing hunting licenses and performing daily register close out procedures. You will be responsible for Time and Activity reports, current automotive equipment records, and pool vehicle reports. Processing outgoing mail, updating mailing labels and updating postage on mail machine as needed will be included in your duties.
