Job summary

Nisbets PLC is seeking a Retail advisor to join the Clearance team in Avonmouth. The role covers day-to-day processing of clearance stock, handling customer queries, and contributing to store and warehouse tasks.

Part-time, 24 hours a week across six days, with flexibility. You will assist with stock replenishment, basic sales transactions, and maintain high H&S standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25kg.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Process stock deliveries in clearance warehouse and prepare items for sale.
• Replenish the shop floor and keep stock levels updated.
• Deliver first-class customer service in line with company standards.
• Process basic customer payments while following policy.
• Adhere to health & safety and operational policies.
• Contribute to sales targets, KPIs and stock processing.
