UK Staffing Group Limited is recruiting for a permanent Clearance & Cleaning Operative to join an established property restoration business in Lancashire. This is a physical, hands-on role involving heavy lifting, clearing properties and cleaning.

You'll travel with a team to homes and commercial properties, lifting and clearing damaged items, loading vans and carrying out thorough cleaning. Full training is provided for successful applicants who are physically fit with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Heavy lifting and moving of furniture and belongings.

• Moving items back to the unit for cleaning.
• Using cleaning and drying equipment.

Salary: £24,784.50 per annum / £12.71 per hour | Paid Weekly
Hours: Monday to Friday | Early Starts / Early Finishes

UK Staffing Group are recruiting for a permanent Clearance & Cleaning Operative to join an established property restoration business.

This is a physical, hands-on role involving heavy lifting, clearing properties and cleaning. You need to be someone who is prepared to get stuck in, doesn't mind getting dirty and is comfortable lifting and moving furniture and other heavy household items throughout the day.

You'll travel as part of a team to homes and commercial properties that need clearing and cleaning following significant property damage.

The Opportunity

This isn't a light cleaning role.

A large part of the job involves lifting, shifting and clearing. You could be removing furniture, carpets, household belongings and damaged materials, loading vans, disposing of items and then helping thoroughly clean the property.

Some items can be saved and will need carefully packing and transporting back to the company's unit for specialist cleaning and restoration.

It's varied, physical work and you'll be out at different locations rather than working in the same building every day.

About You

You don't need previous restoration experience. Full training will be provided.

• Enjoy being out and about

Experience in removals, house clearance, labouring, waste, demolition, industrial cleaning, furniture delivery, warehouse or other physical roles would be ideal.
