Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking entry-level production team members to join our disaster cleanup and restoration crew. Training and certifications will be offered to help you grow in this role.

Expect 40+ hours per week with hourly pay, bonus incentives, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. We value self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates dedicated to helping customers in their greatest moments of need.

Qualifications

Job Description

Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines. Communicate with the crew to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew supervisor and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load the service vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Perform production processes per work order per crew supervisor directions
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew supervisor and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
• Must be able to successfully complete & pass a background check subject
• Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
