Job summary

Insight Restoration in Plymouth is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to serve as Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor. The role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination for 24/7 mitigation restoration projects.

You will recruit and onboard day labor workers, supervise crews at multiple sites, provide on-site training, ensure safety and schedules, and act as the main point of contact between workers and clients while travelling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Experience in construction/demo/cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
• Willingness to travel and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen, and onboard day labor workers.
• Schedule and manage multiple teams across job sites.
• Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor.
• Conduct field recruiting beyond the office.
• Provide on-site training and supervision when needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Serve as main point of contact between workers and clients.
• Track attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Handle paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain candidate data using Microsoft Office and recruiting systems.
• Create reports and communicate updates.

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as a Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor. This role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination. Staffing primarily for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration companies.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
