Job summary

Sartorius AG in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Quality Controller to ensure onsite products meet criteria through in-process inspections, release checks and GDP-compliant documentation.

You will join a team of 9 professionals, working in a cleanroom and in line with ISO 9001, ISO13485 standards, with strong attention to detail and communication. 39-hour week and onsite parking are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality control role in manufacturing or production environment, ideally in pharmaceutical/medical industries adhering to ISO standards.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and following related standards is desirable.
• Experience reading engineering drawings is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple processes.
• Flexible approach to work and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Daily visual inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies in the cleanroom according to specifications.
• Check plastic parts, components, machines and processes against specifications.
• Report issues to the QC Supervisor and team.
• Liaise with Quality and Production teams on inspections and findings.
• Record non-conformances and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Operate in line with ISO 9001, ISO13485 and GDP documentation standards.
• Work both as part of a team and independently.
