Job summary

Sartorius in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Quality Controller to join the Quality team. You will perform in-process inspections and release checks to ensure products meet criteria, review batch records, and complete GDP-compliant documentation.

You will work with a team of 9 professionals, following ISO9001/ISO13485 and regulatory IVD requirements, in a role that blends teamwork with independent work and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality control role in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to follow ISO 9001 and GDP standards in documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies in the cleanroom according to specifications.
• Routinely check plastic parts, components, machines and processes against specifications.
• Record non-conformances and take appropriate actions.
• Report issues to the QC Supervisor and team and keep stakeholders informed.
• Liaise with Quality and Production teams regarding inspections and findings.
• Follow ISO standards and GDP in documentation and ensure compliance.
