Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Rate of Pay: £13.97 per hour

ABM Facility Services UK is looking to recruit full-time, permanent Cleaning/Waste Operatives for a high-profile client in Dartford. The successful candidates should be able to work as part of a team in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment, providing janitorial and waste removal services. Our team comprises motivated individuals committed to fostering a friendly working environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial and waste removal duties efficiently within a warehouse setting.
• Provide high-quality janitorial services in welfare areas, social areas, reception, offices, locker rooms, and production floors.
• Handle waste streams and prepare waste for transportation.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as walk-behind and ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers, maintaining equipment in good condition.
• Respond promptly to spillages and client callouts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Wear PPE and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Undergo comprehensive training on cleaning methods and equipment, which will be provided.
