Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite and uphold high cleaning standards. You will drive standards on site and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. English proficiency, reliability and the ability to prioritise a changing workload are

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives on site.
• Drive cleaning standards and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used and equipment kept clean.
• Report faulty machinery/equipment immediately.
• Ensure uniform, PPE and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Report accidents and incidents to the Line Manager.
• Build strong relationships with the team and the client.

Here at Bidvest Noonan we are looking for Cleaning Team Leader to join us!

As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite to ensure we continue to deliver excellent cleaning standards. You will be responsible for driving standards onsite, maintaining client relationships.

What the day to day looks like

• Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order


• Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately


• Ensure company uniform is kept clean, tidy and is worn at all times whilst at work. Relevant PPE must be worn at all times


• R eport all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Line Manager


• Build strong relationships with the Cleaning Operative Team and the client

Skills & Experience

• Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? As part of your role will have an element of customer service and care is a key element of the role


• Are you comfortable working alone and in a teams?


• Do you have strong comprehension of English, both written and spoken?


• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload


• Are you reliable and trustworthy
