Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at the Community Diagnostic Centre in Grimsby. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, with a rate of £14.35 per hour and a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

You will manage a cleaning team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure service standards for routine and periodic cleaning are met. You will train staff on tasks, supervise uniforms, monitor cleanliness, stock materials, and resolve issues working with the line manager.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in cleaning services.
• Experience delivering routine and periodic cleaning tasks.
• Good communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine and periodic cleaning to required standards.
• Ensure staff understand and work to task schedules and safety procedures.
• Provide training when required and distribute uniforms.
• Monitor cleanliness levels and material usage, restock supplies as needed.
• Address issues promptly and escalate to line manager as required.
