Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team in Daventry. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 20:00, at one of our prestigious client sites, cleaning to high standards and maintaining safe, presentable environments.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions. Training provided; English communication skills are essential to perform daily tasks and report issues promptly.

The role we are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Daventry. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

Main Duties

• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
