Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage on-site operations at our client's premises. You will receive induction and training during the first week to learn the cleaning specification and Atlas requirements.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care across shifts while working with a supportive team. Applicants should have cleaning experience, the ability to perform physical tasks, basic English, and strong social skills.

Qualifications

• An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with the client team.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• An enhanced DBS check.
• Two satisfactory references are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning supervision and meeting client needs.
• Induction and first-week training on Atlas requirements and cleaning specifications.
• Maintain high standards of customer care across shift hours.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with proper training.
