Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for RAF Leeming, Northallerton. Lead a small team and ensure high cleaning standards and smooth operations on site.

The role is permanent, full-time, 35 hours weekly, with shifts from 07:00 to 17:00. Applicants should have cleaning supervisory experience, a valid UK driving licence, and be able to pass security vetting. Competitive pay and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience; supervisory experience is a bonus.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
• A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the manager with organising the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
• Completing audits and preparing KPI reports.
• Assisting with Stock counts.
• Maintaining the COSHH cupboard.
• Managing PPE and cleaning materials.
• Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs.
• Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.
