Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning standards at the Newcastle Quayside location. You will support the Site/Account Manager, ensuring policies are followed and standards are maintained across all sites.

You will train new team members, liaise with clients as needed, and contribute to a safe, clean environment. This role is permanent, part of a growing FM team, with opportunities within Churchill’s employee-owned structure and ongoing development programs.

Qualifications

• DBS security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Oasis Academy Leesbrook contract are met and maintained across all sites and company policies.
• Take an active role in training new team members and liaison with clients as required.
