Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at Oasis Academy Leesbrook. You will work with a friendly team to deliver outstandingly clean and safe spaces, ensuring adherence to site policies and client expectations.

You will support the Site/Account Manager, monitor cleaning standards across sites, and play an active role in training new staff while liaising with clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Oasis Academy Leesbrook contract are met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered to.
• Take an active role in training new team members and liaise with clients as required.
