Job summary

Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to support the Cleaning Manager in delivering exceptional cleaning services across our facilities. This role requires experience in leading teams and maintaining very high cleaning standards, with reporting lines to the Cleaning Manager.

The post holder will work across rotating shifts, including early mornings and occasional Saturdays, contributing to a robust cleaning program and ensuring compliance with DBS and safeguarding

Job description

Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Cleaning Supervisor to support the Cleaning Manager in delivering exceptional cleaning services across our facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys leading teams and maintaining high cleaning standards.

The post holder will report to the Cleaning Manager.

Hours of Work: Shift rotation Monday to Friday between 06:00–15:00, 08:00–17:00, and 11:00–20:00 (all with a 1-hour unpaid lunch), plus participation in a rota working one Saturday in every three.

Salary range : Foundation pay point 13 to 16 which is equivalent to £26,811 to £27,425 per annum of actual salary.
