Job summary

Catshill Middle School in Bromsgrove is seeking a reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team after school hours, ensuring a clean, safe environment for pupils and staff. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 3.30pm–6.30pm, term time plus one week.

You will supervise the cleaning team, manage supplies, perform deep-cleaning tasks and ensure COSHH, health and safety and safeguarding procedures are followed. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience of cleaning and/or supervising a cleaning team.
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to undertake COSHH, health and safety and safeguarding training.
• A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable.

• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are available and maintained.
