We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team working with our facilities contract in Rushden.

Contract: Permanent - Part Time - 10hrs Per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, supporting them in the supervision and delivery of our cleaning contract in Marriott House, Rushden.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Ensuring general and periodic cleaning tasks are carried out to the required standards in accordance with specifications, method statements, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant Health & Safety Regulations.
• Maintaining appropriate records, manual and computerized, for all cleaning works.
• Producing daily and periodic cleaning schedules for cleaning staff.
• Managing annual leave requests and sickness absence.
• Reporting any accidents, incidents, building defects, bad practices, or health & safety issues.
