Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Scottish Highlands is seeking a reliable cleaning supervisor to deliver high‑quality housekeeping services and oversee a small team. The role supports residents by maintaining clean, safe spaces and positive staff interactions.

The role emphasizes resident experience, safety, and compliant operations, with a rotation of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. DBS check is required; DBS processing will be arranged by the company.

Qualifications

Experience in cleaning or housekeeping services.
Experience supervising or leading a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.
Experience working in a compliance‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and housekeeping services to agreed standards and KPIs.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, fire safety, and safe working practices.
Supervise, support, and monitor team performance to maintain high service standards.
Train staff to ensure cleaning procedures and schedules are consistently followed.
Carry out regular quality checks and complete all required documentation.
Manage cleaning materials, equipment, and assets, ensuring safe use and timely maintenance.
Ensure appropriate use of safety signage and promote a safe working environment.
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to feedback and resolving issues where possible.
Report incidents, accidents, and irregularities promptly and take appropriate action.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Provide ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
Monitor team performance, conduct, and productivity.
Organise workloads to ensure smooth and continuous service delivery.
Promote high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.

Pay: £16.23 per hour (Travel allowance provided)

Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Fort Augustus in the Scottish Highlands, this is a unique opportunity to work in a truly stunning and remote location. Situated at the southwestern tip of Loch Ness in the Great Glen, it is a key village known for its canal locks and scenic Highland setting between Inverness and Fort William.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning and housekeeping service in line with company standards, contract requirements, and agreed performance and financial targets.

At the heart of the role is a strong focus on resident experience. By maintaining consistently high standards across accommodation, welfare, and communal spaces, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained environment where residents can relax, recharge, and feel at home. You will take pride in ensuring bedrooms, shared areas, and recreational facilities are presented to a high standard, creating spaces that residents are comfortable using and proud of.

Through friendly and positive interactions, you will build strong professional relationships with residents, helping to create a warm and approachable atmosphere across the village. You will also play a key role in supporting village activities and events, ensuring spaces are prepared to a high standard and contribute to an engaging and inclusive community environment.

By listening to resident feedback and recognising opportunities to enhance satisfaction, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement across the village, promoting facilities and encouraging engagement in village life. In doing so, you will act as a proud ambassador for Sodexo’s Remote Living proposition, helping to create a true “home‑from‑home” experience for every resident.
