Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking a Temporary Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at a busy motorway service station. You will supervise five staff and work hands-on to maintain high hygiene standards across all areas, including toilets and showers.

Shifts include 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with some flexibility. Own transport is helpful due to the site's location. Immediate start is available, with weekly pay and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; lead by example.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong ownership.
• Own vehicle due to site location with no public transport access.

About the Role
TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for aWorking Cleaning Supervisorto lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall for a motorway service station.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – includingpublic toilets and shower facilities.

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts may include: 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00,
(Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)

What You'll Need
