TC Facilities Management is seeking a Supervisor to manage a on-site team at Carlisle (South), CA4, a motorway services location. You will work with the Area Manager to provide site support and to train and develop colleagues. Own transport is essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring service delivery standards are met within budget, overseeing recruitment, payroll accuracy, health and safety compliance, and maintaining customer relationships. Shifts run on a rota: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Formación

• Experience in on-site supervision or team leadership.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rota-based shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of operatives to ensure service delivery standards are met and within budget.
• Ensure staff uniform and branding reflect the TC image.
• Oversee recruitment processes in line with TC standards.
• Manage staff performance in consultation with HR, taking development actions.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time per company procedures.
• Train and induct staff on role, TC values and policies.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to meet expectations within specifications.
• Complete audits and paperwork accurately and on time.

About The Role

TC Facilities Management are looking for a Supervisor to manage a team working on site. Working alongside the Area Manager you will provide support to the site, along with the training and developing our colleagues.

Carlisle (South), CA4 – motorway services site

• Pay: £15.00 per hour
• Shift times:
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
• Shifts worked on a rota

Job Purpose

To manage a team of operatives and ensure service delivery standards and specifications are met and within budget.

Major Accountabilities

• To ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand.
• To manage the recruitment process for colleagues ensuring adherence to TC recruitment processes and standards at all times.
• To manage the performance of staff in consultation with an appropriate HR representative, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance
• To ensure the payment of staff correctly and on time every time by following all company time and pay processing requirements.
• To train and induct all staff in their role, the standards expected, the TC values and company policies, procedures and guidelines
• To ensure all staff are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures To adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures
• To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met whilst working within defined specifications.
• To complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within timescales.
• To complete and process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing ‘sign off’ for completed tasks as required.
• To ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner.
• To ensure all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the customer.
