Job summary

SBFM is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our Exeter retail team. You will lead a cleaners team, ensure high cleaning standards, and uphold safety protocols in a busy store environment.

The role offers flexible hours (10 hours per week) with training and development opportunities, uniform and essential supplies provided, and access to our pay and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Cleaners.
• Maintain cleanliness of store floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly to maintain a tidy atmosphere.
• Removal of litter and ensuring outdoor areas are clean.
• Clean and sanitize all sanitary facilities, including restrooms and break areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols.

About The Role

Experience is preferred but not essential as we will invest in your training and development, while giving access to education opportunities for your future progression. All uniform, products and equipment will be provided.

Shift Details

7 am - 9 am Mon Wed Fri Sat and 0830 am - 1030 am Sun - total of 10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Cleaners


• Maintain cleanliness of store floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.


• Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly to maintain a tidy atmosphere.
