Job summary

Morrison Facilities Services, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee client premises cleanliness to the highest standards. You will lead a team of cleaning and food court staff, ensuring standards and using a range of tools and materials in line with BICS standards.

You will assist the manager with budgets, reporting and staff rotas, acting as the client contact for compliance, audit, health & safety and cleaning schedules, while supporting your team and our

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness of clients’ premises to the highest levels and lead a team of cleaning and food court staff to maintain standards.

• Be the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules.

Cleaning Supervisor

Location – MFS – Portree

Hours – Monday – Friday, 3pm – 11pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of our clients’ premises to the highest levels. Your tasks will include leading a team of cleaning and food court staff to ensure high standards of cleaning of the client’s environment, using a range of tools and materials to a level in accordance with BICS standards.

In addition, you will support the manager with budgets, reporting and staff rotas to maximise the use of internal staff. You will also provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.
