Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

You will provide regular stock orders, perform quality audits, and build strong client relationships while supporting recruitment and training of colleagues. The role requires strong communication and safety-minded leadership within a facilities management context.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning operations to meet client specifications and allocate resources.
• Provide weekly/monthly stock orders to maintain supplies.
• Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis.
• Develop and maintain a professional, proactive relationship with client representatives, promoting the company and services.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.

About The Role:

Working pattern:Monday to Saturday - 7am-9.30am

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.

Key responsibilities:

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have right to work in the UK
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
