Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead on-site cleaning operations in Portstewart. You will supervise cleaning teams, manage rotas, training, and site compliance to ensure high standards.

The role includes monitoring stock, coordinating audits and investigations, and supporting the team with flexible hours and strong customer service. You’ll contribute to a clean, safe environment for colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• You must have right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field is desirable
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

Mon to Sat 5:00 to 10:00

We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team.

You’ll oversee all cleaning and associated duties carried out by all those that you are responsible supervising.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
