Rate of Pay: £13.85 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Southside Shopping Centre, 76 Garratt Lane, Wandsworth, Greater London, SW18 4TF
Parking: Free parking provided in the Centre's Car Park
Work pattern: 5 days a week per rota (early mornings/afternoons/late evenings)
Overtime available, paid at single rate
Holiday year: April to March, 28 days including Bank Holidays
Start date: Immediate after recruitment process
Essential: clean driving licence B category
Your role involves delivering cleaning services to the client’s facilities, both indoors and outdoors, to a high standard. Main duties include maintaining clean service yards, external fire exit areas, staircases, waste management (including driving a company vehicle), cleaning lift & escalators, jet-washing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, litter picking, cleaning glass and stainless-steel fixtures, and general cleaning of internal and external environments, including car parks and toilets.
You will ensure equipment is well maintained, meet all SLAs, and work within health and safety guidelines. Building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent service is key. You should be reliable, hardworking, honest, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; a flexible approach and good communication skills are important.
