Job summary

Mitie Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative to deliver excellent service at Trinity Leeds. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 3-week rotating shift pattern and a rate of £13.45 per hour, based at Trinity Leeds, Albion Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

You will follow cleaning schedules, meet SLAs, maintain equipment, and work both in a team and independently, providing friendly customer service.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
