Job summary

Mitie in Leeds is seeking a Cleaning Operative to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLAs, and follow cleaning schedules at White Rose Shopping Centre.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a 4-on/2-off pattern, early and late shifts, 06:30–14:30 and 14:00–22:00, plus weekend work; a full UK driving licence is essential. You will work as part of a team, ensuring safe, well-maintained equipment and adhering to health and safety training.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.

• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
