Westbourne Academy, part of the Academy Transformation Trust, is seeking a Cleaning Operative to maintain cleanliness and sanitisation across the premises. The role requires adherence to health and safety standards and the ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Previous cleaning experience and a good literacy/numeracy level are desirable. The position is term-time only plus 2 weeks (41 weeks per year), 23.5 hours per week, with NJC Point 3 (£14,710 actual per annum).

Competenze

• Experience in a similar cleaning role.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and in a team.
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning methods and equipment.

Mansioni

• Clean and sanitise the building and facilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the cleaning team and be supported by the Catering Supervisor.
