Westbourne Academy is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean and safe learning environment. The role is term-time only: 41 weeks per year, 10 hours per week, with attendance at school facilities and shared cleaning duties across the site.

The successful candidate will follow health and safety guidelines, work independently and as part of a team, and will join a supportive academy with a strong focus on student welfare and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day cleaning and sanitisation of buildings.
• Basic cleaning methods and equipment handling.
• Good literacy and numeracy for records and signage.

Responsabilités

• Undertake day-to-day cleaning and sanitisation of the building and facilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the cleaning team and support staff.
