Location: Hazel Grove Primary School

Salary: £12.26 per hour

Hours: 12.25 hours per week | Mon to Thurs 15:15 - 17:45, Fri 15:15 - 17:30

Status: Permanent

DBS: All school-based roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check. In line with the statutory guidance within “Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023”. DBS results will be considered and risk assessed in partnership with the relevant school safeguarding lead.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks including classrooms, corridors, kitchens, toilets, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, floor buffing, and waste disposal.
• Use cleaning equipment, machinery, and materials safely and effectively.
• Report faults with equipment or the building to the supervisor or Area Manager.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, handle minor queries or complaints, and escalate significant issues.
• Participate in staff training and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
