Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Cleaning Team at Hazel Grove Primary School. No prior experience necessary; we value a positive attitude and high standards. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various areas, using equipment safely, reporting faults, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
  • Report equipment or building faults to the supervisor or Area Manager.
  • Maintain good relationships with staff and handle minor queries or complaints.
  • Participate in staff training and adhere to health and safety policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
