You will work across the site, ensuring services meet agreed standards, procedures, and health & safety requirements. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and ongoing skill development through training and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Good communication skills with people at all levels.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks associated with cleaning equipment and tasks.
• Reliable, professional and positive approach to work.
• Good attention to detail and pride in high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned cleaning and housekeeping duties across the site.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure services meet KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Support operational excellence within your area of responsibility.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
• Attend team briefings and training as required.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain safe working practices.
