Sodexo Ltd is seeking a cleaning/housekeeping team member at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. You will deliver high-quality cleaning services to maintain a clean, safe environment for military personnel daily.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and professional conduct on-site. You’ll engage with colleagues and clients, follow health and safety procedures, and participate in training and development opportunities offered by Sodexo.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties associated with cleaning equipment and tasks.
• A reliable, professional and positive approach to work.
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Previous experience working within a military environment.
• Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned cleaning and housekeeping duties across the site.
• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service standards, KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Support operational excellence within your area of responsibility.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
• Attend team briefings, huddles and meetings as required.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and maintain safe working practices.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any faults or issues to management.
• Maintain professional standards of conduct and presentation at all times.
• Complete all required training, including mandatory refresher training.
• Take responsibility for your own development and continue to build your skills and knowledge.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
