Job description

JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operative

LOCATION: Galleries Shopping Centre

HOURS: 4 on 4 off 10.00-1900, 38 hours per week

PAY RATE: £12.21 PER HOUR

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be clean, smart in appearance, and wear company uniform at all times so that ABM's reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised.
• To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out strictly in accordance with BICSc standards to fully meet/exceed client expectations.
• To ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with ABM's Health and Safety procedures, demonstrating personal responsibility for health and safety.
• To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and suggest improvements to working practices for continuous improvement.
• To work proactively, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible.
• To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/operationally required.
